Scope and Acceptance

These sport betting rules govern all wagers placed on Qqrp sports markets. By placing a bet, you acknowledge and agree to these rules and the current terms of use of Qqrp.

Bet Placement and Price Fairness

  • Bets are binding once placed and confirmed. You may not cancel or modify a bet after confirmation.
  • Prices binding for a bet are those published by Qqrp at the moment of acceptance. Prices shown on third party sources are not binding.
  • Qqrp may void a bet if the market price is incorrect or if there is an evident error in the data feeding the market.

Settlement of Bets and Official Results

  • Bets are settled on the official result published by the relevant governing body or event administrator where available.
  • If no official result is published, Qqrp may settle using verifiable official data sources at its discretion.
  • If a bet is settled incorrectly, Qqrp will resettle within 48 hours of discovery and may reclaim any incorrect payout.

Event Modifications and Interruptions

  • In the event of postponement, abandonment or changes to participating teams or venues, bets on affected markets may be voided at Qqrp's option.
  • Bets on events that resume within 48 hours after the original end time may stand; otherwise, open bets will be void.
  • Markets that rely on the complete match format outside the standard rules will be void if the format diverges.

Market Integrity and Fraud

  • Qqrp may suspend settlement and/or freeze accounts where concerns of fraud or integrity arise.
  • Where evidence of fraud exists, Qqrp reserves the right to void affected bets and withhold payout pending authority investigations.

Outright Markets and Dead Heats

  • Outright markets are settled based on the final declared outcome for listed participants, regardless of participation in the event.
  • If two or more selections are tied for a position, dead heat rules apply and stakes are divided accordingly; any remaining stake is treated as a loss.

Data and Settlement Timing

All settlements use decimal odds and official data. Bets deemed incorrectly settled will be adjusted within 48 hours of discovery. Qqrp reserves the right to settle on a per bet basis for circumstances not covered by these rules.

Sport Specific Rules

Alpine Skiing

  • Settlements follow the official result from the governing body. If a competitor does not participate or is disqualified, they are deemed a loser. If the event is abandoned with no official winner, the market is void. Dead heat rules apply for applicable markets.

American Football

  • All standard market settlements are based on the official end-of-regular-time result unless overtime is specified. If a result is unavailable within 48 hours, the market is void.
  • For bets requiring full game duration, a minimum of 55 minutes of play from a 60-minute game must be completed for payout in standard markets.
  • Overtime counts for player prop markets unless stated otherwise. Bets on events moved to a different venue or reversed home/away statuses are void.
  • Outright markets settle on the eventual season outcome or event winner per market description.

Athletics

  • Official results govern settlement. If a participant does not take part or is disqualified, they are treated as losers. Abandoned events with no official winner are void. Dead heat rules apply where applicable.

Australian Rules Football

  • Markets settle on the official end of play in the scheduled time, including added time but excluding extra time unless specified. If the match is postponed and not resumed within 48 hours, bets are void unless an official winner is declared.
  • First Half and Second Half refer to specified quarters; half/quarter outcomes are determined by the score in those periods.
  • Finals and Grand Final markets follow the outcome as declared by the governing body; dead heat rules apply to applicable markets.

Badminton

  • Settlements align with the official results. If a result is not published due to coverage loss, undecided markets are void. If a match is postponed and not resumed within 48 hours, markets are void unless an official winner is declared.

Amendments and Governing Language

Qqrp may amend these rules at any time. The English version remains the official version. Updates will be published on the site and apply to wagers made after publication unless stated otherwise.
