Self-Exclusion at Qqrp
Qrqp provides a Self-Exclusion service for players who wish to take a break from gambling to manage their activities responsibly. This policy explains who may use the service, how to initiate it, the effects during the exclusion period, and how to regain access when the period ends.
Scope and Purposes
Self-Exclusion is a voluntary suspension of access to your Qqrp account. It is intended to reduce the opportunities to participate in betting, deposits, or withdrawals for the duration you select, and to limit exposure to site materials during the exclusion period.
Initiating Self-Exclusion
You may initiate Self-Exclusion through one of the following methods:
- Use the Self-Exclusion page within your Qqrp account to set a duration; or
- Submit a written request by email to [email protected] specifying your account details and the requested exclusion period.
Duration and Options
The exclusion period is selected by you and may range from a short suspension to a permanent ban. Example options include 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. The chosen period commences on the day the Self-Exclusion request is processed and is binding for its full term.
Effects During Self-Exclusion
- You will not have access to your Qqrp account for betting, depositing, or withdrawing purposes during the exclusion period.
- You will not receive or be able to interact with promotional materials or advertising from Qqrp during the exclusion.
- Any bets placed prior to the commencement of Self-Exclusion that are pending will remain valid and will settle according to their official results.
- Any accounts opened by a player who is under Self-Exclusion will be immediately closed, and funds on those accounts will remain inaccessible.
Extending or Modifying the Exclusion
If you wish to extend the exclusion beyond the initially selected period, you must submit a written extension request to [email protected] prior to the expiry date. Qqrp may process extensions upon review, subject to applicable internal policies. Shortening or reversing the Self-Exclusion period is not permitted during an active exclusion.
Restoration After Exclusion Ends
Restoration of access after the stated exclusion period ends requires a written request to [email protected]. There is no automatic restoration of access at the end of the period; you may re-enter Qqrp only after your request has been processed and approved.
Post-Exclusion Account Management
Following a permanent Self-Exclusion, Qqrp reserves the right to prohibit the creation of new accounts by the excluded individual. Any attempt to register a new account during a period of Self-Exclusion will be blocked, and existing funds on the user’s profiles will remain unavailable unless otherwise directed by the applicable policy and compliant with law.
Acknowledgments and Commitments
- By initiating Self-Exclusion, you agree not to create a new account, not to deposit or attempt to deposit funds, and not to wager on Qqrp during the exclusion period.
- You acknowledge that Self-Exclusion is voluntary and that Qqrp will not be liable for losses incurred during the exclusion period.
