Definitions
In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings stated: Qqrp means the online gambling platform operated by the entity providing the Services under this Agreement. Account is the unique customer record established or registered by you to access and use the Services. Services includes all gambling activities, games, wagering opportunities, promotions, and related features offered through Qqrp, including casino games, sports betting where available, live dealer games, and any ancillary services. Bonuses means promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives granted by Qqrp under Promotional Terms, including any wagering requirements or time limits. KYC stands for know‑your‑customer procedures, including identity, age, and residency verification. Self‑Exclusion is a voluntary mechanism by which a Player may restrict or suspend access to the Services for a defined period. Prohibited Conduct includes actions that are unlawful, unfair, or designed to undermine the integrity of the Services. Governing Law means the law that governs this Agreement as specified in the Disputes section. Force Majeure refers to events beyond reasonable control that may delay or prevent performance of this Agreement.
Eligibility and Account Registration
Eligibility to open an Account is limited to natural persons who (a) are at least 18 years old or meet the legal age for gambling in their jurisdiction, (b) are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in their place of residence, and (c) are not currently excluded from gambling activities by Qqrp or any applicable regulator. Qqrp reserves the right to verify age and residency at any time and to terminate or suspend an Account that fails verification or violates this Section.
- Single Account Rule: Each Player may hold one active Account. Creation of multiple Accounts is prohibited. If multiple Accounts are detected, Qqrp may consolidate, suspend, or close the Accounts and forfeit or reclaim any associated winnings or deposits, at its discretion.
- Account Registration: You must provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date information, including a valid email address and contact details. You shall promptly update your details if they change. Access credentials (username and password) are personal and must not be shared. Qqrp may require verification documents (e.g., government ID, address proof) to confirm identity and age.
Account Access and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must immediately notify Qqrp of any suspected breach. Where available, you may enable two‑factor authentication (2FA) to add a further layer of security. Qqrp reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to an Account if there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorized use or breach of security, or if required by law or regulatory instruction.
Use of the Services; Prohibited Conduct
You acknowledge that you participate in the Services on a voluntary basis and at your own risk. You agree not to:
- Use the Services if you are under the applicable legal age or when participation is prohibited by law.
- Attempt to manipulate any element of the Services, including wagering patterns or gaming results.
- Use automated systems, bots, or other devices that interact with the Services to obtain an advantage or to circumvent limits.
- Transact through payment methods not owned or authorized by you, or in jurisdictions where such use is prohibited.
- Engage in activity designed to breach, abuse, or undermine the integrity of the Services or related systems.
- Attempt to impersonate another Person or to provide false information to Qqrp.
Identity Verification, Age Confirmation and Residency
Qqrp may require identity, age, and residency verification at account creation or at any time thereafter. Acceptable verification may include government-issued documents, proof of address, and payment method verification. Qqrp will process requests for verification promptly and will notify the Player of any additional information required. Where verification cannot be completed, Qqrp may suspend or restrict access to the account until verification is achieved.
Payments: Deposits, Withdrawals, and Settlement
Funds held in an Account are the property of the Player and are held in a segregated manner in Financial Institutions in accordance with applicable laws. You may fund your Account using approved payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits, processing times, and fees apply as published in the Deposit page and may be amended from time to time. Withdrawals are permitted subject to successful verification and compliance checks. The minimum withdrawal amount, processing timelines, and any applicable fees will be stated in the Withdrawal Terms. All withdrawals are subject to review and may be delayed or denied if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, violation of this Agreement, or non‑compliance with KYC requirements. If a deposit is mistakenly credited to your Account, Qqrp reserves the right to reverse the credit. You are responsible for any taxes or duties arising from winnings in your jurisdiction.
Bonuses and Promotions
Promotions and Bonuses are governed by separate Promotion Terms. Bonuses are conditional upon opt‑in and compliance with wagering requirements and time limits stated in the applicable Promotion Terms. Wagering requirements are calculated by multiplying the Bonus Amount by the specified factor and applying it to eligible bets as defined in the Promotion Terms. Bonuses may be withdrawn only after satisfying all conditions and subject to remaining balance and integrity checks. Qqrp reserves the right to remove, modify, or deny Bonuses if a Player engages in abuse or non‑compliant activity.
Responsible Gaming and Self‑Exclusion
Qqrp supports responsible gaming. Players may set deposit, loss, and wagering limits, or activate Self‑Exclusion for a defined period. Self‑Exclusion may restrict access to the Services and permit closure of the Account. During a Self‑Exclusion period, winnings, balances, and ongoing promotions are handled in accordance with Qqrp’s Safeguards Policy. If a Player requests assistance for gambling‑related concerns, Qqrp will provide information about support resources and shall cooperate with regulators as required.
Intellectual Property
All content and software provided by Qqrp, including but not limited to the design, logos, graphics, text, and underlying code, are protected by intellectual property laws. Players are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes. You shall not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise misuse the Services or content without express written consent from Qqrp.
Privacy and Data Protection
Qqrp collects and processes personal data as described in its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your personal data for purposes including identity verification, anti‑fraud checks, payments processing, communications, and regulatory reporting. You have rights under applicable data protection laws, including access, correction, and deletion where permitted. Cookies and similar technologies may be used to enhance the Service experience.
Risk and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qqrp’s aggregate liability to a Player for any and all claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the greater of (i) the total funds held in the Player’s Account at the time of the claim, or (ii) the amount of the Player’s net losses or net winnings from the Services during the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is lower. Qqrp excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or opportunities, unless required by law. The foregoing allocation of risk does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by Qqrp’s negligence or to any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Disputes, Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where the entity operating Qqrp is incorporated, as determined by Qqrp. The Parties agree to comply with applicable regulatory and licensing requirements. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation, excluding its conflict of laws rules. Nothing in this section restricts a Player’s rights to pursue claims in a competent court if required by applicable law.
Changes to the Terms
Qqrp may modify this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Players in accordance with applicable regulations, with notice where required. Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
Termination and Account Closure
You may request closure of your Account by contacting Customer Support from your registered email address. Qqrp may suspend or terminate an Account for non‑compliance, legal obligations, or if required by regulators. Upon termination, unwithdrawn balances may be refunded where permitted by law and the Terms, subject to limitations on the return of funds and any applicable fees.
Notices
All communications relating to this Agreement shall be in writing in English and shall be delivered to the registered email address associated with your Account or by other mechanism provided by Qqrp. Qqrp may provide notices by posting on the Service interface or via email, where permitted by law.
