1. Scope and application

These Bonus Terms govern all bonus offers made available to players by Qqrp. They apply to all bonus or promotional credits credited to a player’s account in connection with promotions, including but not limited to deposit match offers and no‑deposit free spins. By participating in any promotion, you accept these Terms and acknowledge compliance with applicable laws. These Terms come into force on 12 June 2024 and supersede any prior bonus terms that relate to the same promotion.

2. Eligibility and account requirements

Promotions are open to individual customers who meet all of the following criteria at the time of qualification: (a) age of legal gambling age in the customer’s jurisdiction (minimum 18 years); (b) resident in a jurisdiction where Qqrp offers promotions; (c) the customer holds a valid Qqrp account in good standing; and (d) eligibility restrictions described in these Terms are satisfied. Promotions are limited to one offer per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number, IP address, and shared computer. Any attempt to circumvent these limits may result in cancellation of all related bonuses and forfeiture of winnings.

3. Promotions and how to qualify

The operator may offer a deposit welcome bonus and no‑deposit promotions. The specifics of each offer, including the type of bonus, the percentage match, the number of free spins, and the maximum bonus amounts, are set out in the promotional conditions published for the relevant offer. For a deposit welcome bonus, the minimum qualifying deposit is 2,000 RUB or the equivalent in another currency; for other offers, the minimum deposit is as specified in the respective promotional conditions. Promotions may require valid funding of the account and adherence to the wagering requirements described below.

4. Wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted. Unless the promotional conditions state otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for bonus funds is 45x the sum of bonus funds and any eligible deposited funds. Wagering is calculated by applying the stated contribution rates to eligible bets and bets placed using bonus funds. Winnings derived from no‑deposit bonuses may be withdrawn only after the customer has made at least one real-money deposit. Wagers must be placed within the scope of the promotion and in accordance with these Terms; time limits and expiry periods, where applicable, will be defined in the promotional conditions.

5. Bonus funds, contribution rates and game weighting

  • Slots: 100% contribution toward wagering; Betsoft titles with the Double Up option contribute at 50% unless otherwise specified.
  • Roulette: 5% contribution unless stated otherwise in the promotional conditions.
  • Scratch games: 25% contribution.
  • Live Games: 0% contribution.
  • Poker, videopoker and other games: 5% contribution unless otherwise specified.
  • Other games or categories: contribution rates as defined in the promotional conditions.

Contributions apply only to bonus funds and deposited funds as defined by the promotion conditions. Where a game category or title is excluded from wagering contributions, it will be explicitly stated in the promotional conditions or the list of eligible games for the promotion.

6. Eligible and excluded games

Not all titles contribute to wagering requirements. The following are not considered eligible toward fulfilling wagering requirements or are given reduced contributions: live dealer games in most cases, and any games named in the promotional conditions as excluded or restricted for the relevant promotion. A comprehensive list of excluded games and any category restrictions will be provided in the promotional conditions for the specific offer. 7. No‑deposit promotions and maximum win limits

No‑deposit bonuses, including any free spins offered without an initial deposit, have a defined maximum win limit. For the no‑deposit offer described in the promotional conditions, the maximum win cap is 5,000 RUB. Winnings from no‑deposit bonuses may be withdrawn only after meeting the applicable deposit requirement or as otherwise stated in the promotional conditions. All no‑deposit winnings are subject to the general wagering requirements and restrictions applicable to bonus funds.

8. Withdrawals and verification

Withdrawals of any funds derived from bonus offers are subject to standard verification checks, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Before processing a withdrawal, Qqrp may request identity, address, and payment‑method documentation to confirm eligibility and comply with applicable law. Withdrawals are subject to all standard payment processing terms, including any relevant processing times and security checks. Where a bonus is involved, the amount that can be withdrawn is limited by the wagering requirements and any promotional caps.

9. Changes, updates and termination of offers

Qqrp reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, including the withdrawal of promotional funds from a player’s account. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the promotional terms, the promotional terms shall prevail. Where legal restrictions apply to a promotion in a given jurisdiction, Qqrp will not offer that promotion in that jurisdiction and may discontinue participation by affected players.

10. Responsible gaming and compliance

Gambling can be addictive. Qqrp promotes responsible gaming practices, including setting deposit limits, time‑based reminders, and self‑exclusion options. Players are advised to gamble responsibly and to seek support if gambling becomes problematic. Compliance with these Terms is mandatory for participation in promotions, and non‑compliant activity may result in the cancellation of promotions and confiscation of bonus funds or winnings.
